Welcome to the Face To Face Leonardo Partnership page
This project aims to examine the role of tutoring in the delivery of Health & Social Care in VET and its importance in supporting recruitment, retention and achievement. It will establish a core methodology across the partnership based on shared good practice which will be formulated into a web-based tool-kit for the use of Health & Social Care VET professionals across Europe.
The main motivation of this project is to investigate ways in which recruitment, retention and achievement on Health & Social Care courses can be assisted by the use of a tutoring system. All partners are actively involved in the delivery of VET in the field of Health and Social Care and an additional motivation is to share their transnational experiences of tutoring.
The project is needed because of the desire to ensure equality of access to this growing profession irrespective of previous educational experience, socio-economic or cultural background.
